Hi all.
(is there is anyone still reading this.....zzzzz......no? Oh well, I'll keep writing just in case.)
It's been a little over seven months since I last posted on here. Not sure what kept me away for so long. I have been working two jobs for a while, so that may have something to do with it.
So, a little update on myself (not that you really care that much). I moved back up into the Salt Lake area right after the new year. I am, once again, living in my aunt and uncle's basement. It's nice to be able to save some money for a little while, but I am itching to get my own place sometime soon. Anyone wanna room with me? You must be incredibly clean (I'm sorta obsessive about keeping my place clean, so yeah, cleanliness is a requirement to live with me). It's that sort of thing that will keep me from finding a long-term relationship. No one can handle all my neuroses. Bring it!
Anywho, as I mentioned before, I am working two jobs, so I've been quite the busy bee, jumping back and forth between the two. I am constantly tired and sleep-deprived, but I enjoy keeping busy. It keeps me from bumming on the couch all day, watching re-runs of 'Everybody Loves Raymond,' and stuffing my poor mouth with all sorts of processed delicious-ness. Tangent: Why is all the best tasting food the worst for you? Argh! It aggravates me.
For all you nosy ones, I am still single. I've been on a few dates here and there, but nothing ever developed out of those. I'd like to be in a relationship, but I'm at a point where I've kind of stopped looking for it. Also, I seem to be a magnet for the crazies. So there's that.
I know I have been away from my blog for a while, and I would really like to begin posting regularly again. Are there any topics or issues or fun things that you, my lovely readers, would like me to address and/or discuss? I'm open to talking about anything.

What To Do?
So, I'm going to be honest. I have no idea what to do with my blog anymore. Ever since I came out, I don't really feel like I have much to write here. This was my secret place where I could anonymously express my true feelings and hopes and desires and wishes and goals and fears and whatnot. But now, I feel like I have nothing substantial to put here. I've actually always hated writing for the sake of writing. I've never kept a journal. I've never written a story just for the heck of it. It's just not my thing. So, I'm trying to find excuses to keep this blog going. Maybe I'll continue posting fun stuff like my celebrity crushes posts or fun videos. Who knows?
Anyway, I am going to try to do what I did a while back. I'm going to ask for your feedback. What do you want to know about me? What would you like me to write about? Please, ask away.
In the meantime, YouTube videos!
Pretty much sums up how I feel sometimes:
I was laughing so hard that I couldn't breathe:
Such a gorgeous and touching song:
IMHO, one of the most beautiful songs ever written:

Celebrity Crushes....The Men!
As promised, here is my edition of Celebrity Crushes...The Men!
Neil Patrick Harris
- For reasons why I love NPH, please refer to this post. I rest my case.
Joseph Gordon-Levitt
- I still remember him from his early days on 3rd Rock from the Sun or 10 Things I Hate About You. But it wasn't until recently (500 Days of Summer, Inception) that he started showing up on my hot-guy radar.
Rob Lowe
- I just started watching The West Wing, and I love his character, Sam. As my brother would say, "He's a stud" (which is basically his way of calling another man "hot" without sounding gay).
Matthew Mitcham
- I have a thing for swimmers/divers. I could watch him dive all day long.
Mostly because he'd be wearing a speedo the whole time.
Nicholas Hoult
- If you haven't seen A Single Man, it's a must-see.
And not just for this eye-candy (although it doesn't hurt):
Jesse Tyler Ferguson
- Mitch is funny, awkward, nerdy, controlling, a perfectionist, and gay.
Basically everything I am. Except for the funny part.
Sterling Malory Archer
- He's an idiot and a womanizer. But oh, so sexy
(especially in those tight turtlenecks).
*This one was for you, Jeremy.*

Celebrity Crushes....The Women!
For no other reason than because I am bored, I have decided to compile a list of my celebrity crushes. So, first off are the women of the entertainment industry that I am in love with (not that I'd ever sleep with them, 'cause that's icky). These are the actors, singers, and entertainers that I just love to watch, no matter what. So, here (in no particular order) are my female celebrity crushes (stay tuned for the Male edition of this post):
Mary-Louise Parker
- I loved her in Angels in America, and Fried Green Tomatoes is one of my favorite movies. My lesbian girlfriend told me she's a bitch, to which I replied: "So?"
Julianne Moore
- Julianne Moore can do no wrong in my book. She is absolutely stunning
(see A Single Man or Far From Heaven for proof), and is an outstanding actress.
Jennifer Nettles
- Lead singer for the country duo Sugarland.
There is something about her voice that really turns me on.
Robin Wright
- I have loved Robin Wright since I first saw her in The Princess Bride, and I continue to adore her. Not to mention that Forrest Gump is one of my favorite movies.
Emma Stone
- Can she get any prettier? And funnier?
She was hilarious in Easy A and I am super excited for The Help.
Emma Watson
- Once she got over the awkward early adolescent years (around the time HP 4 came out), she really blossomed. I love the ads she did for Burberry.
Sofia Vergara
- The definition of "vol-ump-tuous." Not to mention that she's incredibly funny. (God, I swear Googling "Sofia Vergara" is like straight-up Googling "Boobs.")
Cate Blanchett
- I know my lesbian girlfriend hates her, but I love Cate.
(The Aviator, Benjamin Button, Elizabeth, The Lord of the Rings, Babel, I could keep going....)

Not Just For Gays...
So, the Tony awards were last night, and surprise! They aren't just for gays anymore:
Plus, one f**king amazing number by Andrew Rannells from 'The Book of Mormon.' (This is one of my favorite songs from the show):
The hotness factor doubled when this amazing thing happened:
And seriously, NPH is my favorite. Just watch this closing rap, and bask in his awesomeness:
I love the Tony's, but they manage to show me exactly why I wish I lived in New York.

Pride 2011
Pride was basically awesome. I ended up marching in the parade, which was a blast and such a unique and wonderful opportunity. And the weather couldn't have been nicer. I've got a wicked sunburn to prove it.
I think Pride is such a great event. And the fact that it keeps getting bigger is such a testament to how far Utah has come (and will continue to go). Two years ago, I was completely unaware that Utah even had a Pride festival. I was sure that kind of lewd behavior and debauchery was reserved for the "evil" cities, like San Francisco, Seattle and New York. Fast forward two short years, and here I am, letting my gay flag fly proudly through the streets of downtown Salt Lake City! My, how two years can completely change a person.
Of course I took tons of pictures. Here are a few. As many of my friends are still students at that Socialist Work Camp known as BYU, I am not posting any personal pictures.

What Pride Parade is complete without a few rainbow flags...
...and Drag Queens!
